Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by websaait.com, hereafter referred to as the *"Designer", to the **"Client"* for ecommerce website design and development. By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to the following:
Scope of Work
The Designer will provide ecommerce web design and development services based on the features included in the selected plan*.
Any feature, design element, page, or functionality not included in the selected plan will be considered out of scope*.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable advance* is required to initiate any project.
The remaining 50% payment is due upon project completion*, prior to the final handover or deployment of the website.
The project will not be handed over, launched, or transferred unless the full payment is received.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
This applies to both the advance and final payments, regardless of whether the project is completed, delayed, or canceled by the client.

Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, product details, branding, images) and timely feedback.
Delays in providing required materials will delay the project timeline.
Project Timeline
Timelines are estimated based on client cooperation and clear communication.
The Designer is not responsible for delays caused by:
Incomplete or late content submissions
Client’s unavailability
Third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, payment gateway issues)
Revisions and Modifications
Basic edits and revisions are included only within the agreed project scope.
Major design changes or functionality outside the selected plan will be charged separately.
Plan Restrictions (Important)
Our pricing plans come with strict usage limits:
Clients must strictly follow the limits and features* provided in their chosen plan.
The following actions are strictly prohibited*, unless explicitly allowed in your plan:
Adding more authorized or unauthorized plugins, code, or custom scripts
Uploading more products than the limit
Enabling product variations in Basic Plan
Attempting to edit, modify, or redesign the website
Using admin access to bypass security or plan features
🚫 Violation Consequences:
In case of any violation*, including but not limited to the above:
Your website may be suspended, restricted, or
Permanently deleted without warning or refund.
Future service may be denied, and legal action may be taken for misuse.
⚠ This is a non-negotiable clause. By using our service, the client agrees to follow all plan rules and usage policies. Violation of these terms gives the Designer full right to take immediate and irreversible action.
Ownership and Access
Full website ownership is granted only after complete payment*.
Until then, all content and structure remain the property of the Designer.
The Designer reserves the right to retain access to the website during the project for monitoring and maintenance purposes.
Support & Maintenance
Basic bug fixing support is included for 7 days* post-project.
Ongoing updates, plugin changes, or support are not included unless separately contracted.
Confidentiality
All information shared between Client and Designer shall remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project at any stage.
In such a case:
No refund will be issued
Partial or incomplete work will be delivered as-is or project will be the property of web designer
The Designer is not obligated to complete or transfer the full project
✅ Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the advance payment and starting the project, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms. The Designer reserves the right to update, edit, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
